John Winning, Group CEO
John heads up the entire Winning Group and plays a key role in the day-to-day operations of Winning Services.
Mick Bunt, General Manager
Mick started out as a delivery driver with us back in 2003, and worked his way up through the ranks. He knows from first-hand experience how important premium customer service is.
Rob Wallace, State Operations Manager, NSW
Rob started as a storeman in 2009, before becoming a Supervisor and in 2016 became our NSW DC manager. He manages all of our warehouse processes to ensure everything is in exactly the right place, at exactly the right time.
Ben Merchel, NSW/ACT Transport
Ben started as a driver with Winnings in 2001. He was on the trucks for 14 years before becoming Transport Operations Supervisor. He now manages the day-to-day scheduling and routes for our fleet of delivery drivers.
Lee Price, State Operations Manager (Vic)
Lee joined the Winning Services Team in January 2021 as the State Operations manager Vic with over 20 years of Logistics and Warehousing experience. Lee 15 years of experience in the e-commerce world with Woolworths will bring a wealth of knowledge to our Victorian operation.
Leigh Franks, NSW/ACT Install Manager
Leigh started with Winning Services back in 2011 as an installer. After four years on the tools, Leigh became the NSW Install Supervisor, looking after 25 installer teams. He was recently promoted to NSW/ACT Install Manager wherein he heads up the entire state function. His favourite thing about working for Winning Services is the team's "one in, all in" culture.
Monique Cawood, Operations Support Manager
Monique started with the Winning Group in 2012, heading up the Sales and Admin team for our Appliances Online Commercial business. She now leads the support network for our NSW DD and driver team, as well as for the national installation team.
Brad Clifford, QLD Transport and Install Manager
Brad started with us in January 2015 as a DC team member and transitioned to a Returns Officer position within six months. In January 2017, he became the QLD Transport Supervisor and, in January 2020, he was promoted to the QLD Transport and Installs Manager. He believes the best thing about working for Winning Services is being part of a team where "every problem is solvable."
Troy Sawyer, State Operations Manager, SA
Troy joined us in April 2019 with a massive 20 years’ experience with “Big & Bulky” products (15 years electrical, 5 years furniture). Troy manages our operation in South Australia and cites Winning’s emphasis on family values as a key factor in his decision to come onboard.
Rob Gray, VIC DC Manager
Rob joined us in September 2018 after 13 years supervising and managing teams in the office supplies industry. Rob manages the DC team and is looking forward to what the future holds for the business. Our `Family matters` and `You've got to be kidding` values were major draw cards when Rob applied for the role with us. Rob loves food and can often be found out by the DC barbecue cooking the team some lunch.
Nathan Rostant, State Operations Manager QLD & NT
Nathan joined the Winning Services Team in 2020 as the DC Manager QLD with 13 years of Logistic and Warehousing experience, complemented with a Bachelor in Business and MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain. In 2021, he moved into the State Operations Manager role and leads the Transport, Warehouse and Administration teams in QLD and Northern Territory.
Trent Clark, VIC Transport and Install Manager
Trent joined the business in January 2012 as a plumber. He was promoted to Transport and Install Manager where he looks after licensed trades and more than 30 delivery delivers. His favorite thing about working at Winning is that he gets to see the great services our installers and drivers provide to customers each and every day.
Brad Williams, State Operations Manager (WA)
Brad started as a storeman in 2016, before becoming a Supervisor and in 2021 moving into the WA State Operations Manager role. He manages the day-to-day operation in WA for both the DC, install & Transport Teams.
Wesley Jeftha, Supply Chain Planning and Optimisation Manager
Wesley has 15 years Logistics Experience, having worked in both the South African and Australian markets, as a senior supply chain and business strategy consultant. Wesley's role in the Winning Services supply chain and operations team includes, planning, optimization and key support and counsel for all technology and systems.
